Dr Who: Marco Polo Print

ImageAnother in the continuing series of lost Doctorr Who stories being released on audio CD. The audio quality of this release is rather patchy… with some scenes being too muffled to make out all the dialogue. Linking narration is provided by William Russell (who played Ian Chesterton), sounding quite aged.

The story is a very engaging historical saga as the first Dr and his companions (Ian, Barbara and Susan) are forced to accompany Marco Polo on his journey to meet with Kublai Khan. Despite being seven episodes, it’s never dull and often quite exciting.

Definitely worth a listen.
