Another audio release of a lost Doctor Who story. The audio quality is fairly good and the linking narration ably provided by Frazer Hines (who played Jamie).
 
This is an interesting story… particularly because of the recent return of the Daleks in the new Doctor Who series. This story echoes several elements of the new Dalek stories… that is, the introduction of the “human factor” to the Daleks; and the reign of the Dalek Emperor. Unfortunately the story suffers from the very contrived and illogically roundabout way in which the Daleks trap the Doctor and Jamie. It also feels too long at seven episodes.
