Genesis of the Daleks is the 1979 vinyl release, digitally re-mastered and slightly expanded for CD. Basically it's just a condensed version of the televised story, with Baker providing a linking narration. It works quite well in this format, but lacks the depth of its television counterpart. One wonders why anyone would choose to listen to this rather than watch the original.

Exploration Earth is an educational programme, broadcast in 1976 as part of a BBC schools radio series exploring the geography of our planet. This story is simply about the Doctor taking Sarah back in time to witness the creation of Earth.
